Thank you for your interest in seeing some of our homes for lease. Out of respect for our current tenants, we limit the traffic and number of showings for each house. We will only show the property to potential tenants who contact us and are on our list. Please have all members of your group (1-4 people per house) available at one time to see each house. If group members cannot be present we recommend to FaceTime them to provide a virtual tour. DO NOT invite non-tenants/non-cosigners to the showings, since doing so will disqualify you and your group from renting one of our houses. Non-tenants/Non-cosigners are not aloud into the houses. Please carpool if possible as there are several groups coming to see the houses.

 

Our houses have been recently updated and are in great locations for UNCW students, therefore groups typically commit to leasing the houses the day of the showing. The commitment is done by providing all of the requested information for each tenant and cosigner with all tenants and cosigners being ready to move forward with leasing the property. With a few days of the showings we expect to send out the leases for review and signature and returned within 5 days. Each tenant receives their own lease for their room and common area of the house (e.g typically 4 leases per house). Each house may be leased by a self selected group of tenants, with the total house rent being as listed. Once all tenant signed leases are received and reviewed, we will ask for the security deposits and upon receipt we will counter sign to execute the leases with 1-2 days. If a group falls out of the process the next qualified group that has submitted the requested information will be offered to enter the leasing process for the house. 

 

The groups that tend to lease our properties are: Decisive on houses and tenant rooms; Have all tenants and parents provide all of the requested information right after the showings; Are ready to sign leases and pay security deposits within a few days of the showings.
